One should have the capacity to go to the market and procure items of necessities than letting delivery boys deliver at your doorstep. For over six years some of the tenants took pride in getting items delivered at home not realising how much mayhem it was leading to. Not once but four to five times a day the delivery man would enter create nuisance and leave. Inside the house on the stairs and nearby some among them would spit and shout.
