Elections in Kenya; Opposition candidate Raila Odinga should be in the fray

There is an urgent need for Election Commission in Kenya to see that it invites a new set of nominations for Presidential Elections. Incumbent President Kenyatta can't be given a walkover. It would be highly unjustified if Opposition candidate Mr Raila Odinga is not heard who has quit the race in view of faulty election laws.

The elections in Kenya would be aberration of sorts if Mr Raila Odinga does not contest. The election law amended by election commission is faulty. If there is a free and fair election in the country Mr Raila Odinga would romp home easily.
