Having Arrived In New Delhi Multiple Days Ago

Having Arrived In New Delhi Multiple Days Ago

Having Arrived In New Delhi Multiple Days Ago, there have been random thoughts on Delhi Airport with those who have been assigned to earmark areas that have seen drought are the ones who vote rote by rote. Reports are next to nil on drought as there have been ample rainfall with fewer stretches in South India wishing to set in motion rain call. From Delhi Airport one could with ease take private jet/ copter to scan proceedings across length and breadth of country, and those doing so could have findings on drought entry. Drought of 1987 was severe as there was hardly a drop in a spate of river. That was the decade when India triumphed in staging Asian Games with no hint of malfeasance by even those who claimed to be saints. That was the decade when Delhi had sole Palam Airport with more finding Indian Airlines and Air India easy to float. Of late Air India has been getting bad press, acquisition perhaps under duress. One can't map out details of what hits this airline hard, Tata Sons and Tata Trusts speaking in one voice should be the Indian award. Differences should be set aside as there are more goals to chase, more aspirations to raise as there are millions who raise a prayer for this Group wishing they and others be kept in the loop. Coming to other airlines they too are in a spot of bother as handshake moments can't get them the reliable brother. Against this backdrop I decided to visit Delhi Airport which from Safdarjung Enclave is almost 19 kms, and those maintaining the tab are as well from Tamil Nadu's Erode. Leave Safdarjung Enclave at 11.02 on a Thursday (September 17 ) with board of Saraswati Music College and no honking inside colony looking to be true.

Buses On Strike, Taking Auto No Surprise

Mr Jayesh is the one who hands over white sheet of paper followed by a deserted bus stand in the face of no buses on road as the earnings the staff is getting can't get them day to evening toast. Prices are skyrocketing, milk to rice quantity plummeting, PGs in ramshackle environs seeing series of students vacating. Students from Hindi Heartland to Southern Section finding the going tough as they all along believed proceedings in PGs won't be rough. As I hail auto with Mr Akash from Etah in Uttar Pradesh (Uttar Pradesh Is In Hindi Heartland, Etah almost 230 kms from New Delhi via National Highway 34) at the helm, I can sense roads minus buses would be hitting hard those with limited wages. As one went past GAIL The Lifeline Of India's Energy Bhikaji Cama Place, R K Puram Sector 12, there were some seeking directions to Airport having worked in DoT (Department of Telecom). Soon came Motibagh Flyover followed by MCD CO-ED SCHOOL with hints on Nanakpura looking to be cool. Satya Niketan accessed followed by Dhaula Kuan hosting innumerable guests. There was RSRTC (RAJASTHAN STATE ROADWAYS TRANSPORT CORPORATION) bus ahead of us, and inmates under no stress. From Dhaula Kuan Mumbai Expressway 40 kms, Jaipur 295 with no rumours rife. Here series of buses with no bruises going to Rajasthan (Rajasthan Is A Province In West India) like Jaipur, Bilaspur, Alwar, hope speedsters take a careful ride in Hummer. By the time I reached Delhi Airport it was well past 11.55 with cafeteria refusing black tea of mild size. Black tea that could not be gained with reports on weather suggesting for next three days there won't be rain.
