These department people residing in A 1/275 decide when driver rahul would scream abuse when he would send his henchmen to unfurl unruly conduct and when we would be at the receiving end. The department people of A 1/275 prodded Antony the tenant in the past, they did the same thing with second floor tenant and these two tenant made life difficult for us. Now these department people have got hold of driver rahul who carries out their diktats and screams, yells, passes abuse and provokes us now and then for the past five years. Abuse in is in his blood and for umpteen times we had to leave the city as his torture became unbearable. We can't bear torture by driver rahul who gets enough support from department people. He has threatened us that he would fix us if we don't bow to his command by suggesting that he would get hold of wood stick or something like that if we don't bow to his command. The active support extended by department people of A 1/275 is something not seen in normal times.

Why we dread to step outside?

Why we dread to step outside? Rahul the driver and Ram the servant have unleashed reign of terror thanks to constant prodding from A 1/ 275

When carpenter Hriday Sharma came visiting us we had anathema to his application of cess. He went outside to fetch gate lock and handle tight in a nation where market sentiments are not bright. After visiting market Sharma came to us and started drilling in a nation where there is monthly power and water billing. Some dread to receive power and water bills every month in a nation where there are locales manufacturing gun. We dread to step outside as abuse galore and we stay away from fight furore. We have lived with this template for five years given the opposite house driver gall to intimidate us and make us live in constant fear. We can't step outside even to put locks to the gate what to talk about collecting groceries and parcel given the intimidation template set by driver and his henchmen including servant Ram and driver Rahul. They are employees of a Munim who is known for his past and all of this hullabaloo has been engineered by adjoining house A 1/275 where reside department people. The department people residing in A 1/275 upped the ante and cajoled the driver to constantly switch on the abuse template given the cover they were enjoying from A 1/275. Driver has made living difficult in the colony and his participation in wreaking havoc is much to do with support extended by department people residing as tenants in A 1/275.

We dread to step outside as we are recipient of this driver's abuse every now and then. Rewind to 2017 when we were returning from Ring Road Market after collecting glasses. Sighting me at Surtani's house this driver who reports to work right opposite us began to raise abuse with full force and repeatedly spitted as we approached his place of work. Not stopping at that he encouraged his peers as well to launch verbal abuse against us. Things were no different in the preceding year and the years later. His tendency to abuse us every now and then when we step out has made us hostage to his abusive antics and he acting solo or with his acquaintances  has led to fear that is long lasting. During day time when we go to catch sleep, he raises his alarm against us and for hours unknown passes abuse near our house and encourages his peers to do the same. This has happened million times. Rewind to December 27, 2019, the morning session he fulfilled his promise to drench us with abuse as we went to the verandah and in the afternoon hours no sooner we had gone to sleep he launched his abusive tirade against us that continued for hours together and when we stepped outside to protest he along with his peers reacted by observing they will get hold of a wooden stick and fix me. Next day we had to leave the city and he had the gall to turn up again and abuse us as we waited for the taxi. We have had to leave the city on several occasions when we ran out of perseverance to his abusive assault and gave in to his abusive spitting pressure tactics. Once we were returning from Khan Market, the auto got mired in trouble and we started walking from park end. Sighting me near Surtani's house he along with his peers began to pass abuse and as we reached our residence he had the gall to spit before us and that too with renewed momentum. There is not one or 10 reported incidents of his high handedness and his abusive strength and the clamour to raise attack against us are million times, some time running five to seven times a day and sometime three to five times in a day making us wonder why we are facing his abusive fury and that too close to past five years. If we protest which we can't have the courage to do so and do it rarely his reaction is loaded with unsavoury words and his repeated attempts to spit near our house or when we have just stepped out make us wonder why we are at the receiving end of this driver who draws the power to assault us from sources not known to us. Rewind to last year in the month of October when we raised demand for a floor in our house to be vacated by tenants, the driver could not take this demand in right spirit and for months together would gather near our house and pass abuse and his opprobrium conduct keeps us away from leading a normal life. This driver has unleashed reign of terror and he acting solo is too dreadful to be recorded. For close to five years his unsavoury conduct make us wonder why we are facing his hostility from his place of work the very house that ignited flames of assault in earlier period/era. This driver does not have the gall to indulge in threats and abusive antics from others residence and only from his place of work which is right opposite us he ignites flames of opprobrium conduct and renews threat now and then and that there is no force on earth which can tame him. There is total lawlessness in the city and this driver is engaging in threats for years together.  We dread to step outside and any parcel to be collected we ask the person concerned to come from other door so that we are not sighted by him and are on his radar of abuse.
