Removing Mr Rex Tillerson wasn't a wise move. Perhaps the "Man from Washington" wants to run administration on his whims and fancies. By the time we are in 2020 the slew of changes would be phenomenal and it would be highly unfortunate to see men/women of integrity being replaced as they don't fit into his ideological construct.
