Joining the Queue at Srinivasam Complex to gain access to the ticket for Lord Venkateswara Darshan

Joining the Queue at Srinivasam Complex to gain access to the ticket for Lord Venkateswara Darshan

Having joined the queue a little after 4 am in Srinivasam Complex for Darshan ticket i came across different sets of people. There was a group from Maharashtra with whom i discussed about my pilgrimage to Srisailam. They told me about different sets of temples in their Maharshtra State starting with two Lord Shiva Jyotirlinga, Baidyanath in Aurangabad and Bhimashankar near Mancher near Pune. Other temple was Mangi tungi in Nashik where the idol is 108 feet long in one piece.  I told them i had been to TTD Temple of Lord Venkateswara near Pune in Narayanpur.

When the counter opened i was able to get Darshan ticket for 12 pm. I made it doubly sure that if i come the next day i would be able to get Darshan ticket once again. Having collected ticket i had idli, vada and masala dosa from Sarvana Bhavan in Tirupati near Tirupati bus station. A little after 11 am i left for Tirumala by bus. With Darshan ticket in hand the entry to the temple was swift and having made note in my diary i was in sanctum sanctorum in record time. I was able to sight Lord Venkatewara with no pushing and shoving around.

As for footpath pilgrims the TTD should see to it that there are no long, winding route for entry to different compartments and there should be fewer hassles for footpath pilgrims as they have made an extra effort to walk from Alipiri Gate to Tirumala. The long, winding route to different compartments should be done away with for footpath pilgrims with immediate effect and TTD should make effort to see footpath pilgrims are at ease. With Darshan ticket i joined the queue at 1.40 and i was in sanctum sanctorum by 2.15 pm. Having sighted Lord Venkateswara i collected small laddu as prasadam and came out of the temple. I left Tirumala by bus and i was in Tirupati around 4.30 pm. These two days were special for me as i was blessed to view Lord Venkateswara with ease. Lord Venkateswara has been kind to all of us and his blessings are very much in order to let positive vibes circulate everywhere. I hope i keep getting opportunities for a long time to visit Tirumala time and again. I am fond of Tirumala and i am fond of walking from Alipiri Gate to Tirumala.
