This NCT Act Amendment is bound to hit federal structure and the flavour of Democracy could well be in peril with unforeseen rupture. Being vindictive and being revengeful doesn't suit Centre which has enough grey culture. We are living in times when one can get penalised for speaking up and this mobocracy needs to be dishevelled and withdrawn. We need to have a federal structure where different states are empowered to frame laws as required and desired and Centre abstaining from repeated interference and fire. If Centre is out to deconstruct decisions of State Govt then it would be a black day hitting federal firmament.

Dissent and disagreement is all welcome and pillars of democracy and if there is no room for this disenchantment would prevail and lead to mobocracy. Chaining those who have the will to speak shows tormentors and their true colour; not letting one speak shows they are not hidden and with no need to cover. The flavour of democracy encourages dissent and disagreement and if this is not happening the rulers have to repent. There would be another day with another set of parties ruling at the Centre and that would be welcome by those who could not be party spokesperson and vendor. 

Thank God the Delhi hospitals don't come under Centre otherwise the vaccine project too would have derailed with enough rupture.
