Had there been a sense of governance with open mind, the grievances of agitating farmers would have been settled and three farm laws snubbed from turning to full fledged adult. This regime is at fault for not acting to see impending issues resolved and czar's acts are occult; time would come when he is freed from responsibility and given no task that partakes creativity.
