MAHARASHTRA FLOODS AND RESCUE EFFORTS BY STATE GOVT

MAHARASHTRA FLOODS AND RESCUE EFFORTS BY STATE GOVT

As we await with bated breath the power bill in the city of Delhi that would come post meter reading we hope for months to come and seasons to bloom it does not leave us kidding. The quantum of rain that has lashed the State of Maharashtra is unprecedented; hope the rescue and relief work gain pace as Ratnagiri, Raigad and Bhiwandi are the worst affected districts with enough people who have grace.

Alert has been sounded for eight districts in all for Maharashtra State, a State where freight charges depend on the quantum of crate. The Maharashtra Govt is doing a good job and we hope it sails through all challenges put on by audacious opponents with enough written in the blog. The three party alliance that rules the State has enough good sentiments coming its way, hope floods would wither away. Central agencies out to thwart the State Govt would derail as the State leaders have enough blessings and are on a solid rail.

As for the city of Delhi as one pays hefty water and power bills, the city over the months has had no character going by the name Crile. This city is expensive out like a rotating/revolving master where politicos from Karnataka to UP come and meet chieftain in a city where there is less sighting of rain. The chieftain is deaf and dumb unmoved by churning in a country which is literally on run. From agitating farmers to high fuel and butter prices, mismanagement is rampant with sleuths of central agencies silencing the voice of dissent at random. We don't foresee a coup in the near future as fuel prices leave a shameless hue. Fuel, butter, water, milk, edible oil prices are skyrocketing in a country where despite virus some are taking the thrill of hill station outing. We prefer a country where people dissent and differ with no assumption of rambunctious crowd; a country where everyone has the right to speak without entering the ring and engaging in fire and bout. Silencing the media houses would leave the regime dishevelled; a day may well come when in your own fiefdom there would be outpouring of rebel.

This city of Delhi won't have even an iota of resemblance to cities of Kabul/Kandahar but if sedition law is to be applied across country audaciously the city may well shed autumn of innocence/patience and be something with enough glum. If sedition law is to be applied to every other person who begs to differ and dissent the country state may well split down the middle with never ending rumour and enough unpaid rent. We hope for peace from Kashmir to Kanniyakumari; our best wishes are with Mr Joe Biden and Ms Jill Biden and we hope in this city there is rain. A city where property taxes reign high, the circle rates leave most in cry; a city where mineral water can't be solution to piped water; a city where Sangam Vihar locale has been visited by a honcho from writing field called Reuter with enough hail.

As India is not out on cusp of change we are fortunate to not hold Olympic Games pain where virus has infiltrated the Olympic camp in Tokyo; still GAMES officials are hopeful of a miracle by an Ex CEO. As change is inevitable in the STATE OF KARNATAKA, the 78-year-old leader may well be rewarded with a Governor's post in a State where enough reports come from Antarctica.
