Especially in Kanniyakumari i could see them being employed with a fair degree of enthusiasm that dots the landscape of a small city/town. On Kanniyakumari road and roundabout they were visible and available. In Trichendur, Tirunelveli and Tiruchirapalli they could be sighted; approach to these places had fewer, their presence spreading as you enter the heart of the town. In Guruvayoor in East Nada i could sight some.
Roads and highways where trucks and dust come in equal load, you won't find them but in cities and towns where people engaged in small trade, comfortable to exercise control with minimal imprint, the moped motor moves on.
