My Father Gouri Shankar Rajhans Penned Stories With An Intent To Bring Awareness. His writings in Hindi gathered steam after he returned from Cambodia in July '96. He knew he had ample time on hand and wrote about the people in distress to those who suffered for want of proper medical care. He never forgot his roots Bihar the State And Its People and they were inescapably on his mind when he penned thoughts. 

The laidback approach of powers that be that encouraged migration from Bihar from time to time remained mired in his memory and whenever opportunity came he made notings to this effect. Inescapable was the reality that Bihar lagged behind in different parameters of growth and a creaking infrastructure was much to blame for getting the tag of  BIMARU. A backward state that stared challenges at every passing hour, would Bihar be able to rein forces that were detrimental to it was something that bothered My Father.
