The Message From Vodafone Mobile Company (Vi) that was alarming and disturbing

There was a Vodafone connection in the name of my father, the number went as 9999309687. I told the vodafone people in the month of December itself that I want to deactivate this number. The request was not entertained. This i reiterated  several times that i want to deactivate this number. Today i received a message that proceedings would be initiated against my father if he doesn't clear the dues for the month of December and January. Please make payment immediately to avoid legal proceedings. Contact our service team at 7838724239. This is travesty of truth. I don't want to continue with Vi number. This request was made in the month of December. And they are threatening proceedings against us. The Vi people can check the record that for the months of November, December and January not a single call has been made, not a single call received. The service is so poor that neither call can be made nor call received. I have been forced to shell out more than Rs 1000 for no service rendered. 

For the period for more than five to seven years that we have kept this Vodafone connection we have had to shell out huge sums for no calls made (at the most one or two in a month) and this is gross indiscipline and travesty of truth.
