Revenue expenditure is set to gain a rise of 4.9 per cent, the capital expenditure would see a whopping rise of 21.8 per cent and this is to do with the fact that infrastructure projects like IT, Digital Infrastructure, Industry, Science Parks, Railways, Roads would see higher allocations carrying no false notions. Mind you Rs 2000 cr has been set aside for K-Rail's SilverLine Project. 

Proliferating Fiscal Deficit Is A Cause Of Concern

The proliferating fiscal deficit and state debt is a cause of concern and we hope the State Of Kerala has enough revenues that shouldn't be curn. With presentation of this budget the LDF Government had set its sights on bringing rewards to its populace and with ecologically sensitive state attempting to remove growth impediments culex. How the State traverses challenges would be watched closely and the unfolding script would be watched on Telly. With this budget the time is ripe for the Opposition to lend  support to LDF Government and speak in one voice and enjoy the benefits of a guest with LDF being the host.
