The sleep that should have come in the normal course.
In the times we live in and the challenges we ignore, the mandate to get the requisite sleep is with those who have done the necessary groundwork to get the same. Apart from physical exhaustion-cum-terminal impatience, the other situations that guarantee sleep of the week are essential skipping of tv not meals and essential skipping of cell not weep. From the study that is established and not floating a good amount of weep before crashing to bed is mandatory and if one has done that then no force on earth can prevent you from sleeping the hours you desire which your foes aspire.
