Exemption has been granted to these individuals for the exemplary valour shown by them and the exemption they seek now and then. THe round the clock commentary by a man for those being exemplary and thus seeking exemption has been meant to broaden the list and thereby include those who give commentary and don't boast.
This exempted list has been no short of a feast and the round the clock commentary is primarily targeted to include those who repeatedly take public transport and withdraw this exemption to those who come in red beacon boat.
