When in a private colony those meant to maintain law and order create ruckus
It has been for years and years together that the machinery which is meant to maintain law and order provokes others to create nuisance. If for some minutes turning to hours nothing is heard from a room, these provocateurs try to create nuisance by instilling confidence in the people who are raising a new structure to raise decibel level and increase the noise that emanates from their operation. Bringing hammer to the wall or removing sheets or tubes, they hit it hard against the ground as if this structure they are raising is one of its kind in the country. On occasions it looks as if the hammer is being thrust to your wall or digging is being done so that you are exposed to cracks. All digging and development work they do it at a pitch that one can hear even 300 metres away. Other structures are also coming in the vicinity but none make so much of nuisance that this structurewallah is making for the past few months. If someone returned from outstation after 30-odd days, they would begin the work right in the middle of night. If that is not sufficient they make some of the colony drivers and chowkidaars hurl at you with a ferocity that you find it difficult to escape. Mind you these chowkidaars and drivers were never part of this exercise as this exercise of giving trouble to others was led by a different set of drivers in the past. So new ones have joined the fray.
If one is returning from work and coming on foot from a bus stand, the first thing they would do is place any man who is at the wheel or private chowkidaar who would scream at you with the act repeated several times. All this is meant to provoke you. Why would a colony driver or private chowkidaar try to run you down unless and until he has been prodded by others. This precedent was set eight years ago and now you have new entrants to the game.
If this is not sufficient between 2pm and 5pm they would ask all the maids or the delivery boys to bang the gate to make their presence felt. This the maids and delivery boys don't do to other households.The law and order department is meant to keep vigil and not provoke others. These law and order people believe that by provoking others they would be able to do what other resourceful could do easily for over two years, they are highly mistaken. In fact the foundation of this session of inhuman behaviour was laid eight years ago by a man who had the resources to give you a daily blow and after two big lobbies played their part to their satisfaction the baton has passed on to the administrative machinery.
