Attending Morning Aarti (Kakad Aarti) In Aarti Hall In Ahmednagar (Shirdi) And Something To Be Enthralled

Attending Morning Aarti (Kakad Aarti) In Aarti Hall In Ahmednagar (Shirdi) And Something To Be Enthralled

Having reached Ahmednagar (Shirdi) and taken a room in a lodge near Tajim Khan Baba Dargah the tea that was promised and the tea that was delivered was not that piping hot and one had to venture out and explore and here came Hotel Sai Pure Veg Restaurant (Palkhi Road, Near Saibaba Chawdi) with no roar. After getting ready I headed to Dwarkamai Temple which is in vicinity of Tajim Khan Baba Dargah and open round the clock and here even at odd hours people come, offer prayers and depart. By the time I reached Gate Number 7 to access waiting hall it was already 2 (AM) and I still maintaining my familiar groove. Thoughts were all about Morning Aarti (Kakad Aarti) and my success rate to make it to Aarti Hall and sitting next to sidewall. In all there would have been 15 to 20 devotees in the waiting hall, some fast asleep and some wide awake and recalling laurels of Lord Sai with no break.

Kakad Aarti Commenced At 5.27 AM Sharp

By the time the clock struck 4.30 the door opened with slow creaking sound and all made a dash to Hall Number 3 which is roughly One-and-a-half km from here and with renewed gear. It was 4.45 and Aarti Hall Live Pictures being beamed on TV sets and some watching proceedings from their huts. By the time the gates of Hall Number 3 were opened it was 5.10 and reaching Aarti Hall with notebook and pen. Bhupali began to be rendered from 5.12 AM and the Morning Aarti commenced at 5.27 AM sharp when in regions after regions in India it is pitch dark. In full ethos and concentration I recited Hymns in praise of Lord Sai matching word by word those written in Aarti book and recited by Sai Temple Priests with no pause. It was well past 5.55 when bathing of the statue began and by the time I left the Aarti Hall it was 6.10 having reposed faith in A Lord Who Is Round The Year Gem. Now what was to follow was Aarti Shirdi Majhe Pandhapur which I was witness to from Window Gate.

Marking Attendance At Some Other Dargahs

After marking my attendance at some other dargahs and the prayer hall I came out around 6.45 to visit Dwarkamai Temple and Sai Chawdi and some doing so after replenishing their battery. Nothing would have been more wonderful than this that I gained opportunity to be in Aarti Hall and recite Morning Aarti (Kakad Aarti) with enough mind application and consolidation. Roughly around 9.20 I set on a march to Sai Prasadalaya in New Prasadalaya Road and by 10.10 one took seat and here mind you there are no less than 700 to 900 seats and with none to preach. The food was lumpsum inheriting from the teachings of Lord Sai to give the devotees in bountiful and none in any territory should turn rebel.

In Sai's Abode Hindus And Muslims Come In Equal Numbers

In Sai's Abode Hindus and Muslims visit in equal numbers and seek blessings from the Lord from his campus with none whatsoever clamour. The stay this time in Ahmednagar (Shirdi) spread over three days much different from February 2004 when the stay was for almost 30 days punctuated with a visit to Pune which to date has been able to retain its trace. In March 2009 the stay again was for one month and the high reigning temperatures made none run.
