In India Polls involving Seven Phase and Seven Craze

In India Polls involving Seven Phase and Seven Craze

In India notching over 300 seats in just concluded seven phase polls suggested poll fatigue had undeniably not being dumped and yet the right wing party had a success and a glass of rum. The organisational coercion saw it reach home on the back of over 110 million party workers, even those saying yes to its campaign from places as varied as Rome. The 45 minute speech post leads and 75 minute speech on another day saw leader act as if he was addressing the audience from ramparts of Red Fort where on August 15 each year the people don't miss a chance to send a sentiment of gloat. The party's ability to spin a narrative drew applause but there were still enough who had reservations on who could be India's boss. The political class having no control over men in khaki in colonies is something to ponder and herein colony criminals have had enough political patronage and thunder.

Well 2024 is still five years away and it can throw up a verdict either way, the recent set of polls witnessed a moderate to low turnout to fading interest as the exit polls post polls did not go horribly wrong and set the stage for who would take the crown. The polls involving seven phase and seven craze did not go down well with the electorate as they were unwilling to take this as a bait.  By 2024 the leader would have turned 70 plus would he still be in the fray to make a guess? Anything can happen between now and 2024, the country could witness a roaring laugh or a situation close to disorder if the leader or the party don't blink and give breathing space to each community by a large quarter.

NDTV Channel in India was to be watched out for on counting day as results started pouring in from 8 am onwards and there was no sign of any rain. The verdict day it was primarily one sided contest in a host of seats and from Bihar to Bihac  there was hope post polls those willing to play forward don't turn out to be beasts. On verdict day what to watch out for with abiding interest were anchors to participants trooping in from 7 am and post assessment of poll results some willing to continue well past 9 pm. A three phase poll would be order of the day and for this poll watchdog need not necessarily develop a feet of clay.

The so-called third front with enough grunt could well stand a chance in 2029 or even before that and from there onwards the Grand Old Party could have an innings that would be nothing less than a party blast. For right wing party Kerala and Tamil Nadu States were difficult to breach, perhaps the arithmetic of future could make it have a party at the beach. What to say about the Grand Alliance in the just concluded polls as it lies in tatters and nothing to lay a seige and play host.

Post swearing in attempt should be made to reach out to every community and their Kings. Talks with adjoining country should not be initiated as situation is not rosy and it can't be abbreviated. You talk of 100 million plus first time voters and their ability to swing in your favour,  this may not necessarily happen in future if there are enough caste tremors. One Nation, One Wonder, India is a country that has enough charisma round the year calendar. One People, One Nation, One Root India has enough strength and pride to stay away from a narrative that is out and out crude. As for success in large pockets of country in these polls from building toilets to gas connection did bring in the desired results, for a repeat of the same you need to figure out time and again the nation's pulse.

As for polls in other parts of the Globe from Europe to areas where there is Hope, nationalists tuning in is the Reigning Quote. The Nationalism thunder may not last for long as there could well be other issues that could kick in and prolong.
