Cong Session in Burari : From AAm Admi to Onion by Puneet Rajhans

Cong Session in Burari : From AAm Admi to Onion by Puneet Rajhans

As Cong Gandhi spoke on issues close to her heart and the heart of the delegates of 15 to be multiplied by 1000, her emphasis on Shivirs and Baithaks of the past in Shimla and Panchmarhi came to the focus. She spoke about Karnataka corruption, the complete bite to the dust in Bihar elections and the repeated attacks on PM and his Extended Sections. These three issues she had already raised in the past and post this Burari declaration this would as well assume the mantle of a speech lost post party celebrations primarily for the extended sleep and extended meals it offered to the party delegates of 15 to be multiplied by 1000.
As she spoke about Koi Short Cut Nahi Hai, she meant that there has to be a short cut to the breaking of Parliament logjam. Though she didn't specify the steps the party would invoke to break the logjam her suggestion that these very party delegates who had been silent and mum could eventually be considered for intrusion and inclusion in the Lower House if the order defying members stayed with their order of protest.
As she spoke about realising our weaknesses and searching our strengths, the delegates 15 to be multiplied by 1000 were plainly told to have the best food to the maximum during the party session as this would give them the stamina and energy to fight political opponents. As Cong G prodded the delegates to not forget the sacrifices the leaders had made in the past and also not to be forgetten the association they ever had with radias and nadias of the same past.
As she urged the Ministers from her party to stay in the capital for less and spend more time touring the states and meeting the party workers, her reflection was on the thick funds these ministers are blessed with and party workers can approach them with no inhibitions to get the required funds for their daily needs. Mind you the daily needs would differ from state to state. Perhaps the start-from-the-scratch was the message that endeared the party delegates the most as this would open up a world of cash for them and their family as opportunities had to be snatched with fire in the belly.
As for Cong CMs and Ministers relinquishing the discretionary powers, her hint was at the prospects of a large number of Ministers to relinquish the offices they were holding and even the Gen Secys in the party (known to speak out of turn and with no no tailing command)so that the complete connect could be established with the aam admi by placing these chairs before these very army of aam admi.

As for vulgar display of wealth, the hint-to-be-taken-forward-as-suggestion was display should be proportionate to revealed sources of wealth and income if any and disproportionate would invite the proportionate strictures from the party high command of mother-son duo which in the near possibility does not stand the chance of reaching the status of a trio.
She also reminded the party delegates to not forget collecting the daily meal coupon from this party session which would enable them to have meals for free at party headquarters in their state for seven days in motion.
AS Cong G left the venue and the 15 to be multiplied by 1000 delegates showed the least will to leave, there was another bunch cornered to the point where they could hold their session in this only visible party session. They were the onion experts mulling at their export order taking a hit and how they could retrieve the lost ground as the govt had declared the intent to strike at hoarders. They tried to establish the link with the Sab Ka PawarParivar but were told to be in the queue as the sab parivar was taking written complaints from the aam admi who had suffered the most on account of sab parivar's actions as a imposing cricket host. They were told that Lavasa would be the place where they could file litany of complaints given sab parivar's proclivity to hide in the cool environs when the uncounted number of times his ministry's failing come to picture and recline.
As leaders, delegates and onion experts left the venue, the govt order came that since Burari in its entire history had not seen the session of this scale and as a tribute to the Cong and delegates the land where the session took would be handed to the party that had least number of crooks-turned-cooks. Perhaps Burari tha Ek Bura Sapna.
