DMK strongman saddled with sleepless nights had something to declare. At a press conference called late in the evening when more than half of the journos stop beaming, Karuna thundered: "If Raja is found guilty action would be taken him. This not-so-visible tectonic shift in Karuna's stand stems from a large congregation of followers-turned-mediamen who had gathered close to his home. These newly crowned mediamen had been told to not venture near the gates of the house where karuna resided failing which action would be taken against them even before this karuna contemplates taking action against that Raja. Hearing this, they packed themselves to a corner but visible to men, women and babies who were residing in Karuna's place.

It was late in the evening and the mediamen had not dispersed. To clear the media crowd and clear the air, Karuna called them to the portico of his house and gave his spiel on the unfolding Raja and unnerving UPA-dropped RAja.
"You are talking about raids. We have been consistent with the policy of raids. The raids they carry on and the raids we witness are one and the same not straying from our thought process on what they deliver and where they falter. I have called this press conference to divulge the nature of raids that was underway at Raja's residence since morning. It lasted beyond your and mine imagination with the understanding enough meals and mates would be in plenty to let them sift through unimaginable paper work at his Kingdom."
I should tell you in all frankness that once the exercise was over Raja was in the best frame of mind and sleuths in unimaginable state of mental and physical health and this makes the verdict clear. Raja has not been found guilty and at guilt are the sleuths who came to grill him and his followers. This Raja staying firm and unwavering howsoever insurmountable the raids may be shows that Raja can't be pronounced guilty now and for ages. To this the assembled mediamen had nothing more to exchange with this Karuna hoping another series of raids lasting unimaginable days and nights would break this Raja and the break the story of 45 minutes to fame.
